We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive our day-to-day marketing across social media, paid advertising, email/CRM, website content, and our campus ambassador program.

About the Role
\n
This is a hands-on marketing position for someone who is creative, digitally savvy, organized, and comfortable working with both content and data.
\n
You'll manage social media, support PPC campaigns, work in HubSpot, help maintain our website, create marketing materials, and collaborate closely with our sales team and campus ambassadors.
\n
The ideal candidate understands how to communicate authentically with a college-age audience, is comfortable learning new technology, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Manage Go Blue Tours and subsidiaries ' Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence, including content calendars, posting, engagement, and trend-based content
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including targeting, budgets, creative, and performance reporting
- Use HubSpot for email marketing, lead nurturing, campaign management, and CRM activities
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information and work with the sales team to support lead follow-up and conversion
- Create email campaigns, promotional graphics, social content, and website content
- Maintain and update the Go Blue Tours website; familiarity with Next.js and GitHub is preferred
- Support and coordinate marketing initiatives with our nationwide campus ambassador/campus manager program
- Track social, PPC, email, website, and booking performance and use data to improve campaigns
- Stay current with AI tools and emerging marketing technology and identify ways to improve content, efficiency, and campaign performance
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, developers, and outside vendors as needed
- Support seasonal marketing campaigns, particularly during peak season
- Work closely with the sales/booking team on promotional and lead-generation initiatives

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing platform
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with marketing data and performance metrics
- Familiarity with Next.js, GitHub, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite is a plus
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
- Travel, hospitality, student/youth marketing, or campus marketing experience is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a small team
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, youth-oriented brand and social media environment
