YOUR DAY
As our Range Services Associate, you will assist customers throughout their visit by managing range check-ins, supporting merchandise and firearm purchases, answering questions, and providing guidance on services and range operations. You'll process transactions, firearm transfers, and 4473 forms, help maintain inventory and sales floor presentation standards, and support overall facility cleanliness. You'll also assist with target systems, monitor range activity, enforce safe firearm handling practices as a Range Safety Officer, and help ensure all operational and compliance requirements are met while delivering a professional customer experience.
YOUR HOURS
This is a full-time position supporting daily retail and range operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 21+ years old
- Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
- Working knowledge of firearms, firearm safety, and related merchandise
- Ability to remain calm, alert, and safety focused in dynamic environments
- Ability to operate or quickly learn point of sale and operational systems
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Previous retail, customer service, firearms-related, range safety, or firearm handling experience is preferred; however, on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate.
