Plant Engineer Needed! 
A small, hands-on manufacturing company specializing in advanced materials, is seeking a Plant Engineer to support plant operations, projects, and process improvements.
This is an onsite role focused on leading plant projects, supporting equipment design/installation, and improving production efficiency. You’ll work closely with maintenance, contractors, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly in a 24/5 manufacturing environment.
 
Key Highlights

<li>Lead and support plant projects, process improvements, and waste management initiatives</li>
<li>Oversee equipment design, installation, and upgrades</li>
<li>Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams</li>
<li>Provide technical support for plant operations and expansion efforts</li>
<li>Work with systems including pumps, motors, valves, controls, and PLCs</li>
</ul>
 
What They’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)</li>
<li>5+ years in production/manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Basic PLC and controls knowledge</li>
<li>Strong hands-on, problem-solving mindset</li>
</ul>

<li>Salary: $90K–$100K with flexibility</li>
<li>Profit-sharing bonus </li>
<li>Hours: 8:00–4:30 (with some flexibility)</li>
