Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms to clients seeking mental health support.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
- Assess and document client progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and related service providers to create a supportive network around each client.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.
- Stay current with trends in mental health and educational best practices through continual professional development.

The primary client focus for this position will include individuals aged 18 and older, with an emphasis on those in school settings. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Active LICSW license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

- Possession of professional malpractice insurance as required for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
