Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the critical connection between internal teams and our clients, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project execution, and high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between account managers and clients to streamline communication.

Coordinate and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

Support client onboarding, progress reports, and ongoing relationship management.

Troubleshoot issues and escalate them as needed to internal stakeholders.

Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded consistently.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of experience in account coordination, client services, or administrative liaison roles.
