Role Description This full-time, on-site Manufacturing Operator – Compressed Second Shift role is based at Ambix’s facility in Conway, NH. The Manufacturing Operator will monitor production to meet daily manufacturing schedules and quality standards. Typical responsibilities include following work instructions and safety procedures, performing basic machine adjustments, inspecting parts for defects, and accurately recording production data. The role also involves collaborating with team members to resolve production issues, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The compressed second shift schedule provides extended hours on fewer days- offering you more time for life.

- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect parts, identify defects, and maintain quality and documentation standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Working on a compressed second shift schedule, with reliable attendance and the ability to stand, move, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn new processes and tools, with a proactive attitude toward safety and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
