Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of insurance agents to reach their full potential.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our district goals and expand our local reach.
Cultivate strong partnerships within the Rochester community to enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of high-performing talent.
Analyze sales metrics regularly to identify growth opportunities and refine our approach.
Maintain high standards of ethical practice and compliance across all sales operations.
Requirements
Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.
Established track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the New Hampshire insurance market.
Knowledge of CRM platforms for tracking sales pipelines and agent performance.
