Responsibilities:
• Maintain precise general ledger entries and perform monthly reconciliations for multiple locations.
• Process and post real estate tax payments, ensuring the accuracy of tax amounts and allocations.
• Review and break down mortgage statements, recording payments and allocations accurately.
• Track and manage general liability insurance policies, posting related expenses.
• Prepare nightly financial reports as needed and assist with ad hoc reporting tasks.
• Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Code invoices appropriately and ensure timely processing.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate account balances.
• Support property-related financial analyses and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and improve financial processes.• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with managing real estate-related financial transactions.
• Ability to analyze and interpret mortgage statements and insurance policies.
• Proficiency in coding invoices and ensuring proper allocations.
• Experience conducting bank reconciliations with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
