Our client seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and experienced professional looking to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with project management and tracking key initiatives on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all executive-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Adept at managing a fast-paced workload and meeting deadlines.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.


• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex travel arrangements.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
