Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction, installation, and finishing of cedar fences and wood structures
• Measure, cut, and shape wood materials using hand tools and power tools
• Follow project blueprints, work orders, and supervisor instructions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Perform basic wood joinery, fastening, and assembly tasks
• Inspect finished work for quality, alignment, and structural integrity
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Beginner to intermediate woodworking or carpentry experience welcome
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members
