What You’ll Get:

Hourly base + commission — starting pay is $45,760 + bonuses

Minimum earnings of $69,760/year — our top agents break $135K+

What You’ll Do:

Call leads daily — you’ll never have to hunt for your own prospects

Help people make sense of Medicare and find the right fit for their needs

Track your deals and follow-ups in our CRM

Stay focused, hit your goals, and push to be better every day
✅ What You Need:

A valid 02-40 or 02-15 license, plus AHIP certified

A strong sales background — you know how to close

Comfort navigating multiple systems and talking to people all day

CRM experience is a plus, but not required
