This fully remote role provides the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being part of a dynamic team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that supports your personal life.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that best meet the needs of your clients.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure effective progress towards client goals.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary remote team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client care and enhance outcomes.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in alignment with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
