We are seeking a detail oriented Customer Support Representative to support our order processing and customer service functions. This role is essential to ensure a seamless experience for all of our customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Customer & Order Support
- Manage incoming emails and phone calls related to product orders, quotes, returns, and basic billing questions (moderate volume).
- Enter and process sales orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide documentation, product info, and order status updates to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain organized customer files and payment records.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of customer service experience processing orders.
- Experience in a manufacturing or professional office environment is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication
- Customer service mindset with a professional, calm demeanor
- Excellent organization and time management
- Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
