Core responsibilities
- Assemble components in line with routings, specifications, and engineering/technical drawings.
- Identify defective material or equipment issues and report them immediately.
- Collaborate with teammates and support departments to resolve production issues.
- Keep your area clean, orderly, and safe.
- Comply with all company policies, safety rules, and quality guidelines.
- Handle other assignments as directed.
What it takes
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with common hand and power tools.
- Previous assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic math, measuring, and mechanical know-how.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly technical drawings and blueprints.
- Availability for overtime when needed.

Where you will work
- Indoor manufacturing floor; shielded from weather with potential temperature shifts.
- Noise can be elevated; communication may require raised voices.
- Tasks may involve vibration affecting extremities or full body.
- Hazards include moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, elevated work, high heat, and chemical exposure.
