Job DescriptionA leading designer, importer, and distributor of amusement toys, novelties, and giftware, is seeking a motivated Account Manager/Sales Specialist. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented team player with a passion for building business relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned customer base by understanding customer needs and providing personalized service.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve maximum results with each client.
- Handle cold calling and outbound customer outreach.
- Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Resolve customer concerns, including product availability, quality, and credit issues.
- Participate in trade shows, including booth setup and teardown.
- Represent Company professionally in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or customer relations.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (Sage 300 experience is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
