Position Details:
• Job Title: Production Operator
• Location: Middleton, MA (Onsite)
• Schedule: 7:15 AM – 3:30 PM
• Duration: Contract through 12/05/2026
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate manufacturing and material handling equipment safely
• Follow SOPs and batch sheet documentation procedures
• Perform in-process testing and retain sample collection
• Conduct preventive maintenance and support production activities
• Operate fork trucks and assist with cycle counts
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and EHS standards
• Communicate incidents and mechanical issues appropriately
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift/material handling experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience with preventive maintenance, 5S, and shop floor problem-solving preferred
