Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Integration

• Independently assemble large capital equipment, including frames, enclosures, subassemblies, and mechanical systems
• Install and route electrical wiring, cables, and harnesses per schematics and routing diagrams
• Mount and wire electrical components including motors, sensors, actuators, power supplies, VFDs/servo drives, and PLC I/O
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and lifting aids

Documentation & Process Adherence

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of material (BOMs)
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and job travelers with minimal supervision
• Identify documentation gaps and escalate issues to engineering or supervision

Quality & Safety

• Build equipment in compliance with ISO quality systems and internal workmanship standards
• Follow electrical safety, lockout/tagout, ESD, and general shop safety procedures
• Support in-process inspections and final quality checks
