Just as importantly, this individual will be expected to look beyond the traditional Controller function and help drive a significant finance transformation and automation agenda, creating more scalable processes, improving controls, reducing manual work, and accelerating the close.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Lead the global month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled financial results across domestic and international entities.

Ideal Background
\n
The ideal candidate will bring significant progressive accounting leadership experience within a global, publicly traded company, preferably in technology or another complex, multinational environment. This person should have deep expertise in general ledger accounting, intercompany accounting, consolidations, financial reporting, and global close management, combined with a strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX.
\n
We are particularly interested in someone who has successfully led accounting transformation, automation, ERP/process improvement, or close-optimization initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable challenging legacy processes, introducing new technology and controls, and building a more efficient and scalable global accounting organization.
\n
A CPA is a must, along with demonstrated experience leading and developing accounting teams and partnering effectively with senior finance and operational leadership.
\n
\n
What Makes the Opportunity Compelling
\n
This is not simply a role focused on maintaining the existing accounting organization. The Global Controller will have an opportunity to shape how the global accounting function operates going forward, balancing the rigor required of a public company with a mandate to modernize processes, automate repetitive work, accelerate reporting, and create a more scalable finance organization.
\n
The ideal person will be both a strong technical accounting leader and a change agent—someone who can own the numbers today while building a better accounting organization for tomorrow.
