Location: Hybrid – Cambridge, MA (onsite Wednesdays at 40 Erie St)
Duration: 6-month contract (potential temp-to-perm)
Hours: 40/week
We are seeking a seasoned Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across R&D, Technical Operations, and Corporate functions. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions, partner closely with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting across R&D, Manufacturing, Clinical, and G&A roles
- Proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers and coordinate end-to-end interview processes
- Manage requisitions and candidates in Workday ATS
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience (biotech/pharma preferred)
- Strong sourcing expertise and ability to manage multiple openings
- Proven stakeholder partnership and organizational skills
