Job Summary: We looking for an IT Support Representative to join our team to provide knowledge and support to ensure that hardware, network, and software systems are implemented and supported effectively throughout the Company. The successful candidate is a highly motivated team player who has excellent interpersonal communication skills, a commitment to excellent customer service and strong technical skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide support for all Information Technology systems and services. Support will include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, teaching or instructing end users regarding software or hardware functionality, and communicating policy. Professionally represent the IT department and the company. Assist IT department on operational projects as assigned by manager. Assist with user account maintenance in Active Directory and Exchange Online. Daily tasks include verification of various Company systems functionality and redundancy systems.
Perform other related duties as required:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to multi-task. Good math skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have good problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to read, interpret, and follow verbal and written instructions, work procedures, and process flow maps. Customer service focus and a passion for support. Able to maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to perform basic IT Maintenance, troubleshoot hardware issues on desktops and laptops. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage own time. Repair, deploy, and receive laptops, workstations, and other hardware and peripheral.
