Gunstock Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for Seasonal Tickets Representatives for the upcoming winter season. This front-line position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by assisting with the reservation and purchase of lift tickets, season passes and rental packages. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate outstanding customer service, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests in person and over the phone
- Process resort sales transactions professionally and accurately
- Utilize point-of-sale systems and resort software with proficiency
- Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and computer skills
- Uphold Gunstock's core values and promote a safe, welcoming environment
- Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Support a safe workplace by modeling appropriate behavior and reporting hazards
Qualifications:
- Must be 17 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience and POS system knowledge preferred
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
