Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders with precision.
- Support sales team members and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Assist customers in the showroom, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a professional experience.
- Monitor stock availability, coordinate shipments, and manage product displays.
- Provide assistance with order preparation, packing, and shipping logistics as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with technology and eager to learn systems such as Salesforce and Sage.
- Experience in theatre, film, or broadcast is a plus.
