At shift start, you review the day’s specs, set up your machine, and confirm parameters. Mid-run, a variation appears—you quickly diagnose, correct the issue, and bring the process back into control. By close, you’ve hit targets, maintained a spotless station, and logged clear production data for the next teammate.
Your impact
- Operate and monitor advanced equipment to maintain stable, efficient production.
- Execute preventive tasks and troubleshoot to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Champion safety practices and a clean, organized workspace.
- Check finished output to confirm it meets specification and quality standards.
- Coordinate with peers to meet goals and deliver on schedule.
- Capture accurate production information and alert leadership to any deviations.
How you’ll succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification welcomed).
- Demonstrated experience running production machinery or similar equipment.
- Mechanical curiosity with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read/interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
- Unwavering attention to detail and pride in quality work.
- Self-directed contributor who collaborates well in a team setting.
- Ready to flex your schedule and work overtime when needed.
