Job Type
This is an in-office position at our office in New Bedford, MA. Part-time role working 24 hours/week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging with homeowners and providing outstanding customer service
- Schedule appointments for project consultations and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
- Coordinate with project managers, field staff, and customers to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues
- Maintain and update customer records and appointment details in our database.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences
Compensation:
- Starting pay range for this position is $15-18/hour, based on a variety of factors, with additional opportunities to earn performance-based incentives.
