Manufacturing Manager / Engineer

Central Massachusetts

Our client is searching for an experienced Engineer in MA who can lead the assembly and testing of high voltage electrical components used in specialty scientific products. Primary Responsibilities

• Spearhead assembly and electrical testing / troubleshooting of high voltage components
• Provide support for manufacturing engineers and technicians in a regulated environment (cleanroom work included)
• Assist in continuous improvement and transitioning to lean manufacturing for multiple product lines
• Collaborate with external and internal customers

Primary Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial) or equivalent with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Proficient in working with high voltage, high vacuum, and/or optics related components.
• Experience within the semi-conductor (semi-con) industry is a plus.
• US CITIZENS ONLY due to ITAR regulations.
