Component Sources International, Inc. (CSI Group) and its’ Partner companies have been manufacturing and distributing high precision mechanical components and assemblies used in Aerospace, Connector, Medical (serving 125 customers) for 38 years.
Summary of Position (Salary Based on Experience) (Full Time - 1st Shift)
**For candidates with no prior experience but have a Mechanical Aptitude skillset, we will offer online and on the job training for the right candidate.
Mechanical and visual inspection of turned and milled components made in our shop and outside suppliers. Working in accordance of ISO 9001-2015.
Requirements
Proficient using micrometers, drop indicators, height gage. Microview, OGP Vision System, Keyence, microscopes, shop math, and basic GDT.
- Professional/effective communication (verbal, written and interpersonal)
- Ability to analyze and identify problems, strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with basic ERP systems and Excel
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections: 1st piece, in-process, incoming and final
- Collect and analyze SPC data
- Create Defective Material Reports (DMR), issue internal and external/supplier rejects and Corrective Action Request (SCAR) reports
- Participate in Material Review Board process
