Job Description

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator
Location: Attleboro MA
Duration: Temp-to-perm
Pay Rate: $19.00 - 20.00/hr
Hours: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri (7:00am - 3:30pm)

Responsibilities:

Carry out start-up procedure.
Understand and execute proper temperature settings, speed settings, valve configuration, and gas mixture settings for all types of metals.
Understand and check for proper operation.
Execute all “furnace tender” operations.
Understand the quality parameters for work exiting the furnace for all metals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of manufacturing expereince
Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and prioritization understanding.
Ability to read work tickets, good written and verbal communication.
Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time.
