Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, as well as couples therapy when appropriate, focusing on a range of mental health challenges.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client sessions, ensuring all notes and records are completed promptly in compliance with state regulations.
- Utilize our integrated billing service to manage client accounts, ensuring efficient handling of claims, eligibility checks, and payment plans.
- Schedule ongoing appointments, managing your calendar to accommodate client needs and ensure a smooth flow of services.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists to share insights and strategies that promote effective therapeutic practices and support the overall functioning of the practice.

Our clientele includes individuals and couples from various age groups and backgrounds, many facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.
- Licensed to practice independently as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
