We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Customer Service Associate to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our manufacturing operations and our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient data entry, order processing, and exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, proficiency with D365 (Microsoft Dynamics) a plus! Must have a keen ability to manage client accounts with professionalism and accuracy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a customer-centric environment while supporting cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing orders, delivery schedules, and product specifications through various communication channels
- Utilize D365 and other order processing tools to track and update client orders accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, and account activities within CRM systems
- Support sales initiatives by providing clients with product information, quotes, and order status updates
- Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities for upselling, or process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service within manufacturing or related industries
- Proficiency CRM systems
- Experience working with order processing tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with an emphasis on client relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment
