Job DescriptionOur client, a respected nonprofit organization, is seeking a dedicated contract Bilingual Client Advocate (English/Russian speaking) for approximately 3+ months. In this role, you will support clients through intake, case management, referrals, and employment-focused guidance.Compensation:$17 per hour**Rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.Applicantsmust be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Boston, MAto be eligible for this position.If you are interested and meet the qualifications below, apply with your resume for more information!Responsibilities * Maintain organized case management files and provide supportive services and referrals * Lead the intake process and help clients define clear educational and occupational goals * Build and maintain positive working relationships with public and private sector organizations to strengthen placement efforts * Assess client needs and coordinate appropriate support services through timely referrals and program orientation * Facilitate workshops for diverse members of the community * Support clients in completing employment materials, including job applications and resumes * Follow up with prospective agencies and employers to keep employment leads current * Perform additional related duties as assignedRequirements: * High school diploma * Up toone year of experiencein case management, job development, or general office support * Proficiency withMicrosoft Word and Excel * Strongoral and written communicationskills * Ability to work with individuals across diverse educational, socio-economic, and cultural backgrounds * Bilingual Russian skill requiredOur Commitment to Inclusion & BelongingThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
