Compensation: $50.00-60.00/HR*
*Listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
This is a contract opportunity with permanent potential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies that support business expansion and organizational objectives.
- Cultivate a robust talent pool by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates for a variety of key roles.
- Partner with regional and departmental leaders to accurately assess workforce requirements and tailor sourcing approaches accordingly.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates from engagement to onboarding.
- Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment tools and methodologies, shaping long-term talent acquisition success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience with applicant tracking systems such as Sage Recruit or similar platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of engaging diverse audiences at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive for results and a high level of accountability.
- Prior experience in recruiting within a corporate or construction environment is preferred.
