Job Title: Banquet Server

Job Description:

We are seeking a enthusiastic and detail-oriented Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional event experience for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent service during banquets, meetings, and special events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Must be 18+ and able to work late nights and weekends. Fridays, Saturdays and Holidays are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up banquet rooms according to the event layout and requirements, which includes arranging tables, chairs, linens, and table settings.

- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally to guests during events, ensuring that all dishes are presented per the event schedule and our standards.

- Maintain clean and organized tables and workstations throughout the event.

- Address any guest questions, requests, or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth operation and flow during service.

- Assist in breaking down rooms post-event, including clearing tables, cleaning, and resetting room layouts as needed.

- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.

- Attend pre-event meetings to familiarize with specific event details and any unique guest requirements.


Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.

- You will be required to work catering events off-site and outdoors when event requires it.

- Must be able to lift at least 30 pds. This is a physical job that requires being on your feet for the entire shift.

- Pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, etc.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

- Flexible schedule - late nights, weekends (Fri/Sat) and holidays are required.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
