Job DescriptionValidation Specialist – Biologics (Relocation Offered!)
Are you passionate about driving quality and innovation in biologics manufacturing? We’re looking for a Validation Specialist to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring compliance and excellence across drug substance and drug product processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead validation programs for drug products, drug substances, and starting materials.
- Support validation documentation to enable process characterization and development.
- Implement validation policies and ensure adherence to GMP standards.
- Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and risk assessments to resolve quality issues and CAPAs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in validation, process development, and CAPA investigations.
- Experience with drug substance, drug product, and biologics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with GMP, audits, and CDMO environments.
- Education:
- BS with 5+ years of industry experience
- MS with 3+ years
- PhD with 2+ years

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Waltham, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
They have health, dental, vision, and 401k. They also will get permissive time off, so there is no specific accrual process in 2026.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Waltham,MA.
