We are looking for a Staff Tax Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Assist with audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Provide consulting and tax planning to a diverse base of clients
- Establish and maintain professional client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ previous experience in public accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with computer accounting programs and reporting tools, Thomson Reuters UltraTax, a plus
- Audit and attestation experience, a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
