Shift and schedule
- Five (5) workdays every week — 2nd shift — Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:00 PM
- Voluntary overtime available
- Shift differentials are provided
- Openings available for blending and machine operation on second and third shifts
What you’ll do
- Blend materials and operate extrusion equipment to produce plastic compounds
- Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities
- Document production data clearly and legibly
- Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow standard work instructions
- Collaborate with team members and work independently when needed
Must-haves
- 18+ years of age
- Basic math and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail for accurate verification and recordkeeping
- Commitment to personal and team safety
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with blending and extruder operations
- Troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Leadership aptitude
- Safe fork truck operation
Physical expectations
- Lift up to 55 lbs
- Stand for long periods
- Regular climbing, bending, and stretching

Sign-on Bonuses: $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days, and $500 at 180 days of employment.
