Maintenance & Reliability Manager needed for Nationally Recognized Manufacturing Company
Location: North Andover, MA
Annual Pay: $140K -$160K (+ 5% bonus potential)
Shift: Days (8am-5pm)
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Job Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3+ years of maintenance management & reliability experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading teams of 10–20 employees, including salaried personnel
- Must have a background in electrical, mechanical, and PLC maintenance experience
- Knowledge of reliability mythologies (RCM, TPM, RCA, FMEA)
- Able to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce unplanned downtime
- Familiarity with CMMS software
- Experience managing maintenance budgets
- Maintenance experience in the food or beverage industries highly preferred
