Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11 PM to 7 AM
We are hiring a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment in our steel fabrication plant. This 3rd shift role ensures equipment uptime, plant safety, and efficient production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, including PLCs, AC/DC motors, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for repairs and installations
- Install, modify, and service electrical wiring and control systems
- Assist with fabrication, welding, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Follow OSHA, fire, and electrical safety regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required safety training
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLCs, AC/DC motor control, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
