Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Boston MA 02210
Duration: 04 Months Contract
Pay Scale: $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
Job Description:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employee training.
- Maintain HR records, HRIS data, personnel files, and compliance documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Prepare HR reports, support policy administration, and assist employees and managers with HR-related questions.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office.
- ADP and public sector experience preferred.
