What You'll Do
As a Grooming Assistant/Bather, your role will be hands-on and vital to our grooming operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our four-legged clients leave looking and feeling their best. Key responsibilities include: - Bathing dogs of all sizes and breeds with care and attention. - Safely handling dogs on a leash or tether and ensuring their comfort during grooming. - Assisting the grooming team with tasks such as brushing, drying, and prepping pets. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including managing pet hair, cleaning chemicals, and wet areas. - Providing a positive and calming experience for pets, even in a noisy environment with barking.
What We're Looking For
This role is perfect for someone who loves animals and doesn’t mind hard work. Here’s what we need from you: - Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout an entire shift. - Strength: Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently. - Comfort with the environment: Willingness to work around barking, pet hair, cleaning chemicals, and wet conditions. - Dog-handling skills: Confidence in safely managing dogs on a leash. - No prior experience required: While experience is preferred, we welcome individuals with a love for animals and a willingness to learn and are willing to provide paid training for the right individual.

Shifts Run: Monday thru Friday approximately 8am-3:30pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm. Saturday availability is REQUIRED.
