Top Gun Staffing Group has partnered with a leading precision manufacturing company in search of a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. The CNC Machinist will have experience machining complex parts, working with challenging materials, and maintaining tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and operate CNC milling machines and lathes with a focus on efficiency
- Use precision instruments to check part dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications
- Produce high-quality components that meet strict aerospace and defense standards
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and GD&T requirements to guide machining processes
- Adjust programs and machine settings to improve accuracy and throughput
- Identify and resolve machining challenges while recommending process improvements
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a tidy, organized workstation
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to achieve production goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Skilled in machine setup, tooling strategies, and inspection methods
- Solid knowledge of reading technical drawings and applying GD&T principles
- Comfortable making program edits directly at the machine control
- Proven ability to achieve tight tolerances and fine surface finishes
- Experience with advanced materials such as Titanium, Inconel, or similar alloys is a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Pay Range: $24.00–$36.00/hour commensurate with experience (OT available)
Shifts: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
