Key Responsibilities\n

- Coordinate scheduling for ongoing sessions with clients, ensuring an up-to-date calendar to manage caseload effectively.
- Engage with clients across various clinical presentations, applying specialized skills to address diverse mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with the billing service to manage client accounts, claims, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus more on clinical work and less on administrative tasks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your primary focus will be on providing therapy to clients of all ages within a school environment. The therapy model will integrate discussions with educators and parents when appropriate, enhancing the support system for each client. You will work with individuals facing a range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery, tailoring approaches to diverse demographic backgrounds.

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a solid educational foundation for clinical practice.
- Licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts, verifying your qualifications to practice independently.

- Ability to work full-time; a minimum commitment of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
