Job Title: Mold Operator
Location: Milford, NH 03055
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30pm-10:30pm)
Job Title: Mold Technician
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining the quality and efficient operation of the molding machines and product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review part folders for special instruction, quality alerts, special tooling etc.
• Set up machines per molding schedule, loading molds into machines
• Perform first piece inspections
• Process machines as needed to meet quality standards
• Run molding machine
• Work with schedule to find out what will be run next and what is unavailable
• Machine maintenance as needed
• Work on preventative maintenance as required
• Build tools into mold bases
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Basic mathematical skills and measuring instruments

• Team player who works in cooperation with others
• Fill machine hoppers
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of one year inspection experience including knowledge of and ability to use measuring tools
• Basic mathematical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts
• Ability to read blueprints
Additional Characteristics:
This position works as both an individual contributor and in a team environment
This position required the ability to lift 25-55 lbs. occasionally, 20-55 lbs frequently, 10-25lbs.
This position may require standing and/or sitting for long periods of time, up to 8-10 hours per day
This position requires good manua dexterity and visual acuity
Must adhere to all safety requirements, including but not limited to the wearing of steel toed shoes
