This position offers a salary of $51,000 to $56,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Are you passionate about working with children birth to 3 years and supporting families? We are seeking a Social Worker - LCSW or LICSW to provide home and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.
As an Early Intervention Clinician, you will collaborate with families to develop individualized plans, deliver developmental assessments, and facilitate interventions that promote child growth across multiple domains. Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary assessments, creating and monitoring Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), and supporting parent-child interactions.
Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work or licensure (LCSW/LICSW), experience with young children and families preferred, strong communication skills, cultural humility, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual skills are a plus.
