Job SummaryThe HR Service Center Representative serves as the primary resource for U.S. and Puerto Rico Associates contacting HR XPRESS regarding Leaves of Absence (LOA). In this role, you will deliver timely and accurate information related to company HR policies, leave eligibility, pay coordination, and job protection. You’ll ensure compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines, including FMLA, state disability programs, and ERISA requirements.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and leaves of absence via multiple contact channels (phone, email, dashboard reports).
- Document detailed case notes and actions taken in the case management system (ServiceNow).
- Administer and process leave of absence requests accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize dashboard reports to manage workload and ensure timely response to requests.
- Comply with all applicable state, federal, and company leave laws, including FMLA, state disability, and sick leave policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive employee data.
- Use internal resources to resolve HR-related inquiries efficiently.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of HR, call center, or employee services experience.
- Strong understanding of leave administration and related HR processes.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with HR systems or case management tools (ServiceNow preferred).
