Job DescriptionDescription:

INTEGRA Biosciences Corporation is an industry leader in innovative liquid handling products for the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. The Quality Inspector II is a senior-level Quality Inspector position that will perform various tasks in Quality Control.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of molded consumables to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Perform in-process and final inspections in a cleanroom environment, including label verification
  • Execute first article inspections and document results accurately
  • Maintain and update Quality Control documentation, including inspection records and nonconformance reports
  • Train and mentor Quality Control inspectors to ensure consistent inspection practices
  • Address and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Support the development and maintenance of inspection plans and quality documentation
  • Assist in the investigation and disposition of nonconforming material (MRB)
  • Contribute to Corrective Action and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Represent the Quality Control team in daily stand-up meetings and cross-functional discussions
  • Provide support for additional QC and production tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with Engineering to support quality inspection requirements and initiatives


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficient in dimensional inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and Micro-Vu systems
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities across cross-functional departments
  • Hands-on experience in quality control laboratory environments
  • Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn proprietary systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative team environments
  • Knowledgeable in ISO quality standards and compliance
  • High School Diploma with over five years of relevant industry experience
