Business Process Architect – S/4HANA

Role:
\n
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA finance processes, focused on product costing, variance analysis, management accounting and reporting.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n

- Design and optimise A2D finance processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into S/4HANA solutions.
- Lead configuration, testing, data migration and deployment.
- Collaborate with Finance, SAP and cross-functional teams.
- Support global template rollouts and post-launch improvements.
- Identify automation and process optimisation opportunities.

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- 5–10 years’ experience in Product Costing, Variance Analysis, Project Accounting, Management Accounting or FP&A.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA / Controlling experience.
- Hands-on site controlling and SAP experience.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Kneat or Signavio advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and project delivery skills.
