Packaging Operator Compensation
- Pay rate: $21.00 per hour
- Second Shift work schedule is from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Packaging Operator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
- Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, clinical, and other demands.
- Inspect in-process packaging and components for quality compliance and remove defective items.
- Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
- Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits.
Packaging Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

- Second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Training on first shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) for four weeks, then transition.
- Must be flexible for overtime hours as needed.
- Work environment involves handling hazardous materials (flammable alcohol solution) and following safety and contamination control procedures.
- Background checks are required prior to starting. No drug screening is necessary.
_***Education/Licenses Needed:***_
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum six months industry-related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documentation, perform basic mathematical calculations, and use computer software.
