Now Hiring: Process Auditor – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Openings Available
Our client, Acushnet Company/Titleist, is seeking associates to join their team. Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and passionate about continuous improvement? We’re seeking a Process Auditor to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in quality assurance and auditing who’s looking to make an impact in a manufacturing environment. As a Process Auditor, you will be part of the manufacturing quality assurance process. The ideal candidate will have QA or auditing experience, be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed.
Location: New Bedford MA
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7am - 3pm Mon - Fri @ $19.38 per hr
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm Mon - Fri @ $20.15 per hr
3rd Shift: 11p - 7am Sun - Thur @ $21.32 per hr
Job Objective
Ensure that manufacturing processes meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on operations and processes to verify compliance with quality specifications
- Perform various physical product tests and inspections using measurement tools and tolerances
- Identify root causes of issues and work with team members to resolve them
- Clearly communicate audit results to team leads and support staff
- Assist team members with assignments to meet quality and productivity goals
What We’re Looking For
- QA / Auditing experience
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong visual acuity
- Ability to use and interpret measuring devices and tolerances
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with QAS and F/B Standards
- Experience using Lotus Notes Auditing Database
