Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status to diagnose conditions, utilizing tools aligned with clinical standards, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address cultural diversity and special needs of patients, continually adapting strategies based on patient progress and outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to effectively manage symptoms and enhance patients’ coping mechanisms, particularly for those dealing with the psychological ramifications of a cancer diagnosis.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, employing current technological tools for timely reporting and care coordination.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans that are centered on the unique needs and goals of each individual.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
