Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments supporting drug discovery and development programs.
  • Apply molecular and cellular biology techniques to investigate therapeutic mechanisms and drug targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including translational research, clinical, and regulatory groups.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and outcomes.
  • Present scientific findings internally and contribute to reports and publications.
  • Stay current with emerging scientific literature and technologies relevant to ongoing projects.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences field (Master’s with significant industry experience considered).
  • 2–5+ years of relevant industry or postdoctoral research experience.
  • Strong expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques such as PCR, Western blot, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
  • Proven ability to design experiments and interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working with in vitro and/or in vivo model systems.
  • Familiarity with translational research approaches.
  • Knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Background in oncology, immunology, or biologics development.
